PRECONDITIONS: User has internet connectivity

GOAL: A scientist wants to collect surface data for use in climate modeling studies. He may wish to use previosuly generated data sets, or to create his own.

PRIMARY ACTOR: User -- Remote Scientist

DAYMET developers

MAIN SUCCESS SCENERIO:

1. User logs into DAYMET.

2. User selects region and time period of interest, and output type.

3. System returns desired files.
